Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: ul. Czysta 1, Miedzyrzec Podlaski, 21-560, Poland
When we receive your request, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, please email us first! Please note that if your country of residence is not Poland, shipping your good may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
If you receive an item in error or damaged upon arrival, please reach out to contact@mandalascape.com and we will make every effort to promptly correct the issue for you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase fo the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know when the refund will be made. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
